Resilience Is Growth

Welcome! I’m Aubrey — someone who loves nature, social justice, and the kind of change that starts with honest questions. For years, I poured my energy into building other people’s visions, leading their priorities, and helping their ideas take shape. I was proud of that work, but I also saw something missing.

Some of the most impactful organizations weren’t the ones getting the grants or landing front‑page headlines. They weren’t flashy. They were busy doing the work — quietly, consistently, and brilliantly. And yet, they were often overlooked.

At some point, I realized the change I kept waiting for might actually be me choosing to bet on myself.

I bring decades of experience spanning grassroots advocacy to federal government leadership, and I’m committed to helping mission‑driven organizations get the visibility, strategy, and support they deserve. If you want the polished version, you can check out my professional bio — it has all the fancy words.

But here, you get the truth: I believe we already hold many of the answers. My work is about helping people and organizations be brave enough to ask the right questions.
